Direction builds on the full diagnostic picture and takes you through to a complete, grounded, people-ready plan. This is not a plan that lives in a document and collects dust. It is a plan built to be executed, at a pace your team can actually absorb, with the people who need to be aligned already brought along.

The 90-day structure exists because sustainable change does not happen in a single session. The 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins are not optional follow-ups. They are the mechanism that catches drift, adjusts the plan as reality unfolds, and makes sure the change holds.

You will receive a scheduling link within one business day to book your first session. If you completed Clarity, your diagnostic data carries forward and the engagement begins immediately. If you are starting at Direction, a brief intake process runs first. Your first session is scheduled within 5 business days. The full engagement runs across 90 days with structured check-ins at each milestone.
