Your team has the tool.
They still work the old way.

A small hands-on workshop, taught over three short sessions in two weeks. Each person brings one real thing they need to get done, learns to do it with the tool you already bought, and leaves with it done. Plus a written reference for how they did it, built from their own work.

Katlo™ AI Adoption Workshop

$4,000 flat · three sessions over two weeks · up to four people

Most AI training teaches the tool. People nod, go back to their desks, and nothing changes. This workshop teaches the work instead. Everyone brings something real they are responsible for, and we practice on it together until it holds.

– Before we start: each person names one real thing they own and need to finish

– Session one: I teach the approach and we start their work together

– In between: they practice on their own, and it breaks somewhere

– Session two: we fix what broke, which is where most of the learning happens

– In between: they practice again

– Session three: lock it in and build the written reference

WHAT YOU KEEP

A reference built from your own work

Not a course library and not a set of slides about a tool that will look different in six months.

A short written reference covering the workflow your team actually landed on, the prompts that worked, the places the output needs checking, and what to do when it goes wrong.

It is specific to how your people do their jobs, which is why it stays useful after the tool changes.

You own it. Nothing in it depends on me coming back.

BEFORE WE START

Three things have to be in place

I turn down work that cannot succeed.

– Every person coming has one real deliverable they own and can name

– They are actually released from other work for the sessions, not attending while doing something else

– The tool is licensed, installed, and working

If any of those are missing, I will tell you before you spend anything.

THE BOUNDARY

This workshop does not include a diagnosis of why the tool stalled, a redesign of the workflow around it, or an adoption measurement. If what you actually need is to find out why nobody uses the thing you bought, that is the Katlo™ AI Rescue Jumpstart, and it is a different engagement.

Sometimes we find that out partway through. If we do, I will say so.
